Your Chief Negotiator is Gitanjali Ponnappa, she is a 25-year Advisory consultant. Her expertise lies in large-deal negotiations and scars from negotiating her own career! She has had proper formal Advanced Negotiations training during her career and is certified by Harvard Business School online for Negotiations Mastery. She cares deeply about women+ and people of color. In the past, she gave this a voice and some weight by sponsoring a Mosaic community for Black Asian Minority Ethnicities.
